Harold Haskew, president of Harold Haskew & Associates, Inc., is a retired General Motors automotive engineer specializing in emissions. Harold Haskew and Associates was founded in 1990. Harold Haskew has helped numerous manufacturers, suppliers, individuals, corporations and government agencies.

Today, emissions control has expanded from the cars and trucks we drive, to combustion engines and fuel systems of every size and shape. This includes testing of various gasolines, fuel blends, alternative fuels, fuel tanks, lines and hoses.
